To demonstrate a Christ like attitude of giving sacrificially through time, services, and other means to help those in need throughout the racing community and beyond.
Corinthians 3:3 “You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.”
C.O.R.E. Ministry was formed by the direction of God and God alone. This is a Ministry based solely on the principles and foundations of Christ. Founded in 2010, C.O.R.E. Ministry is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based out of Claremore, OK. The purpose of C.O.R.E. is to take the church to the track, to teach and provide assistance to the racing community, and to be a source of outreach for local racing facilities.
Chaplain Joey Keith and his wife Diana have a tremendous heart for the racing community, and have dedicated their life to serving in this area. They spend 30-35 weeks per year traveling and taking the church to the track, providing prayer and support to the various racetracks across the region, as well as providing a source for others to depend upon in times of need.
Jesus says in Matthew 8 – “I am willing” as He reached out His hand to help someone in need. We believe in sacrificial outreach through giving of time and services. Some of the areas are as follows:
a. Racetrack outreach – Helping other racetracks throughout the year with general clean-up, or race preparation. b. Bible studies – To set-up “area specific” Bible studies. Led by racers. c. Car shows – To get with area Churches and have a community wide car show with some of the racers bringing there cars for display. d. Community outreach – To teach others to get involved within their own community. As a group of racers we can help in anyway. e. Action clean-up – Storm response to the areas affected.
